🌸 Lulu Adventures Shipping Policy

📦 Order Processing

We carefully pack every Lulu Adventure with love!

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking email once it ships.

  • Please double-check your shipping address—once an order has shipped, we can’t make address changes.

🚚 Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times (after your order is processed):

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on customs)

We do our best to meet these estimates, but delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

🌍 International Orders

We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S.

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes set by your country.

  • Lulu Adventures is not responsible for these additional charges.

  • Customs processing can add extra time to delivery.

💌 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track it in real time.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.

  2. Wait 1–2 business days (sometimes carriers mark “delivered” early).

  3. Contact us at hello@luluadventures.com if it still hasn’t arrived.

🎁 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.
We’ll quickly send a replacement or issue a refund—whatever makes it right.

Lulu Adventures is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we’ll always do our best to help.

🕊️ Pre-Orders and Backorders

If you purchase an item marked as a pre-order or backorder, we’ll ship it as soon as it becomes available.
You’ll receive an update with the estimated ship date once production is complete.
