Seeing the Good Around You

Seeing the Good Around You

Learning to see the good around us helps children feel calmer and more hopeful. Lulu encourages children to slow down and notice the little things that bring comfort or happiness, helping them understand that goodness does not have to be big or exciting to matter.

Children might notice goodness in moments like:

  • Snuggling under a cozy blanket

  • Laughing together at dinner

  • Playing outside

  • Hearing a favorite song

When children practice noticing these moments, they learn to focus on what is present rather than what is missing. Lulu helps them build emotional balance and a positive perspective they can carry with them each day.

Activity: The Good Things Jar

Each day, draw or write one good thing your child noticed and place it in a jar. Read them together at the end of the week.
